Vladimir Kozyuk – People's Artist of Ukraine (2016). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2007). Repeated winner of the city-wide competition "Patron of Culture". Winner of the "Man of the Year" competition (2008). Awarded the order "For services to Vynnychyna" (2011). He is a Chairman Advisor of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration on Culture, Tourism, and Spirituality. Member of the collegium of the Department of Culture and Arts of the Regional State Administration. Public figure. Photographer. Regional historian. Patron. Collector. He has one of the largest collections of old postcards and folk icons of Podolia in Ukraine. Participant and organizer of charity exhibitions, city, regional, all-Ukrainian, and international art exhibitions.
