Biography
Lisbon-based, Turkish installation artist Özge Topçu, creates spatial sculptures that engage with the ""urban landscape. Using found objects and geometric designs, spaces are filled with an interplay of light, shadow, line and form. An award-winning artist, Topçu is a grant 2019 recipient from Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and in 2018 was nominated for MAC Ulster Bank International Art Prize in Belfast and participated in Art Night London 2018. Topçu, has taken part in several solo and group exhibitions in Istanbul, Berlin, London, Belfast and Amsterdam.
