It was not in plans, but one day when it arrived we were involved in a pandemic that in a short time hit the world imposing a new chapter of horror on humanity, many changes have overwhelmed the way of life of each one of us, social distancing , disinfection of hands, closing of borders, the use of protective masks, hence my portrait represents an ordinary child that can live in any neighborhood in Cuba, with a dirty face, with a stained mask, looking defiantly ahead, tearful but strengthened as warrior, adapting to the world now with its new norms, ready to face his new universe, he protects himself but lives, his gaze narrates everything he has had to live in these times of Covid-19.
