LÁGRIMAS is a series of imitations of gold nuggets, created from the slag resulting from bronze smelting processes. The material was collected in various workshops, and later sculpted into small organic shapes. The slag: waste that cannot be concretized in a project and achieve a form, in LÁGRIMAS it receives a lost value that makes it reborn in work. Tears are also losses; necessary losses of the body to drain dissimilar states contained in any subject. Reaction or release to certain external or internal actions.
