Ils voyaient le graffiti d’une manière un peu différente car ils bénéficiant tous une formation en design. Negre, un des membres, a réalisé son premier graffiti sur le mur du lycée 10 de Belgrade qui se trouvait dans son quartier. Il est devenu l’un des graffitis les plus appréciés du quartier et est resté sur le mur du lycée jusqu’à ce qu’il s’efface progressivement. Ce collectif a créé au début des années 2000 le premier site internet mettant en valeur la scène graffiti serbe : www.bgillegal.com. The second generation of graffiti writers was led by Halley’s crew. They looked at graffiti in a slightly different manner since they all had backgrounds in some form of design. One member, Negre, made his first graffiti piece on the wall of the 10th Belgrade gymnasium, a school that was in his neighbourhood, and it became one of the most beloved pieces in that area. It was on the wall of the gymnasium until it faded completely. This crew set up the first internet site for showcasing the Serbian graffiti scene at the beginning of the 2000s. The name of the site was www.bgillegal.com.
