>scroll down for English version< Le projet 2KM3 est un exemple qui montre qu'il est possible de changer, ou du moins d'améliorer l'image d’un lieu avec des réalisations de street art. Le maire de cette petite station de ski française a décidé de soutenir ce projet afin de le rendre plus visible, plus attractif et plus intéressant pour les habitants et les visiteurs. Lors de la première édition du projet en 2017, il y avait 11 artistes français et internationaux qui ont eu l'occasion de réaliser toutes sortes de projets. Comme le duo Sobekcis était présent lors de l'inauguration du projet, ils ont fait plusieurs interventions. Par exemple, ils ont peint dans un parking ou seulement le sol n’était pas décoré. Garer une voiture là-bas devait être une expérience immersive. Ils ont également peint une immense toile pour la piscine locale, qui n'est pas un endroit où l'on s'attendrait à trouver une œuvre d'art. Après ce projet, Sobekcis a continué à peindre en France. En 2015, avec Vunik, un artiste serbe basé à Vienne, ils ont participé à Teenage Kicks à Rennes et en 2018, ils ont fait partie du festival Coop Live à Puilacher. Project 2KM3 is one example that shows how it is possible to change, or at least enhance, the image of a place with street art interventions. The mayor of this small ski resort in France decided to support this project to make it more visible, attractive and interesting to the locals and visitors alike. At the first edition of the project, in 2017, 11 French and international artists were given the opportunity to do all sorts of interventions. Since the duo Sobekcis was present at the inauguration of the project, they produced several interventions. Among others, they painted a parking lot where only the floors were left without decoration. Parking a car there must be an immersive experience. They also painted a huge canvas for the local swimming pool, which is not a place where one would expect to find a piece of art. Sobekcis kept producing their artwork in France after this project. In 2015, together with Vunik, a Viennese-based Serbian artist, they participated in Teenage Kicks in Rennes, and in 2018 they participated in the Coop Live festival in Puilacher.
