Women have commonly been associated with being the bearer of the sin that loses men. For a long time we have carried that cross; perhaps supporting it is a job “only for men.” For too long we have observed the procession that judges and limits us, we have even been part of it; we have worn their clothes and worn their masks. They have told us: “Up to here…” and we have complied without making them understand how much we can do and why not: also carry the cross, now without masks, nor prior judgments, nor fears, nor shame; now far from those small mental cages to which we have been reduced. Carry the cross and offer the best that inhabits us as an act of love for these times and those to come.
