The play of scale on Jean Arp’s Torso of a Giant comments on ‘copy culture’ and the perception of objects in the digital age. Each object holds intrinsic value outside its physical state due to its place in time. Without one object we would not have the other—whether that’s a product of evolution, events or culture. With the endless possibilities of WEB3 we must ensure there is a balance between the preservation of objects and the cultivation of culture. In light of this, the NFT will be accompanied by a 3D model of the animation to allow the winner to curate the digital sculpture within their own physical or digital space.
