Max Haarich (he/his) is a Munich-based artistic researcher. He has studied communication science at RWTH Aachen (DE) and Critical Thinking at the University of the Underground (US). After his studies he researched Artificial Superintelligence at RWTH Aachen and later worked at Europe’s leading startup center before he quit his job to found the Munich Embassy of the Lithuanian artist republic Užupis. His work focuses on Artificial Intelligence, NFT, and blockchain and aims to reveal and challenge predominant paradigms. Max Haarich has exhibited and performed worldwide and received international awards.
Welcome to Concrete House .art which features curated pavilions and an exhibition of digital artists selected through an open call. The curated pavilions include Ars Electronica’s partners, .ART’s artist in residence Medina Kasimova and a selection of work from .ART’s and Arlekin Players Theatre’s collaborative project ZeroGravity.art, directed by Igor Golyak and featuring the renowned choreographer and actor Mikhail Baryshnikov. Concrete House .art participants join the space for playful reflections on the creation of virtual environments.
