Jan Luis Gottwald
Jan Luis Gottwald was born in Poland, and now lives and works in Berlin. He studied FILM & animation for two years at BTK in Berlin and is now studying Fine Arts with a focus on sculpture at UdK Berlin. Jan’s main form of expression is hybrid stop-motion animation, in which he combines various techniques.
Welcome to Concrete House .art which features curated pavilions and an exhibition of digital artists selected through an open call. The curated pavilions include Ars Electronica’s partners, .ART’s artist in residence Medina Kasimova and a selection of work from .ART’s and Arlekin Players Theatre’s collaborative project ZeroGravity.art, directed by Igor Golyak and featuring the renowned choreographer and actor Mikhail Baryshnikov. Concrete House .art participants join the space for playful reflections on the creation of virtual environments.
