"Faizan Adil is a Lahore based independent documentary and contemporary photographer. In 2021, he completed his post-graduate dree in photography from the University of Hertfordshire. In his thesis, he developed a 1.5 year-long research-based photobook on the neoliberalism situation of the of the land in Lahore, Pakistan. In 2015, he completed his BA(Hons) in Journalism, and his academic research was based on the role of press photography and photojournalism in Pakistan. Currently, he is working as a visiting lecturer at Beaconhouse National University and as an independent contemporary and documentary photographer."
Welcome to Concrete House .art which features curated pavilions and an exhibition of digital artists selected through an open call. The curated pavilions include Ars Electronica’s partners, .ART’s artist in residence Medina Kasimova and a selection of work from .ART’s and Arlekin Players Theatre’s collaborative project ZeroGravity.art, directed by Igor Golyak and featuring the renowned choreographer and actor Mikhail Baryshnikov. Concrete House .art participants join the space for playful reflections on the creation of virtual environments.
