Lid in a shape of a cylinder, made out of clay. Also called prosopomorphic lid. This expression often used in archaeology originates from Greek πρόσωπο/prósopo meaning face. This lid has modelled eyes, nose and ears. Vertical lines are incised on the forehead, underneath the eyes, and at the back.
