This type of censer is associated with the cult of fertility and agricultural cycles, which in the Greek sphere is linked with Demeter and Kore / Persephone, in the Punic sphere with Tanit and which was also assimilated in the Iberian religious sphere. They are diverse manifestations of an ancestral and shared cult of the mother goddess, who protects crops and symbolizes the annual renewal of nature and, at the same time, also of life after death. These are objects of ritual use in sanctuaries, in the domestic sphere and also as funerary offerings. 3D Model: UAB Open Labs
